About
Me
I graduated from the Arizona
School of Integrative Studies
in Cottonwood, Arizona in 1999 and am
licensed in the state of Arizona. Sedona and the Verde Valley were my home until 2008 when I moved to southern Arizona to work out of my sister's newly opened day spa...Timeless Therapeutic Day Spa...in Sierra Vista.
It wasn't long, however, before my Sedona clients let me know they still wanted my services, so now I return to the Verde once a month to visit with clients and friends and get in a hike or two.
My years of practicing massage have taught me many things, not the least of which is, as James Taylor said so well, "Unconditional love on a daily basis can melt stone." Having studied and apprenticed in the Sedona area, my practice is imbued with a spirituality and compassion that is immediately sensed by the receivers of my touch. Whether working gently or deeply every massage is soothing and nurturing.
My sessions are all about stimulating the senses...the touch of soft hands and warmed stones, the scents of aromatherapy, soft background music, candles and low lighting...to help ease you into a state of deep relaxation.
I feel drawn to clients with a special need for deep relaxation and nurturing touch such as caretakers, people with post-traumatic stress disorder, military families, and people experiencing life-threatening conditions such as cancer and AIDS/HIV.
Massage is my life's mission and I feel blessed by every opportunity to offer unconditional love through compassionate touch.
I
personalize every session to meet your special needs with a
combination of several styles of massage: Swedish, Hot Rock, Oncology Massage, Couples Massage Instruction, Cranio-sacral, Aromatherapy, and Energy Balancing.
Most of my clients prefer 90- or
120-minute massages, because a longer massage is so much
more relaxing...especially combined with a few hot rocks.
